1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update this document; the “Last updated” date shows when it was last revised. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised version.

2. Nature of the Service

The Service produces humorous, exaggerated fictional narratives for personal entertainment only. Outputs may reference real-world topics for comedic effect; that does not imply truth, endorsement, or factual reporting.

• AI systems can hallucinate or produce biased, offensive, or inappropriate text despite safeguards.
• You must not rely on any output for decisions about health, finances, legal matters, safety, or any serious topic.
• The operator does not verify, endorse, or adopt generated content.

3. Satire, reputation & misuse

You agree not to use the Service or its outputs to:

• Harass, threaten, defame, stalk, or deceive any person or organisation;
• Impersonate others or conceal that content is AI-generated where disclosure is required by law or platform rules;
• Incite violence, discrimination, or illegal activity;
• Circumvent technical limits, scrape the Service in bulk, or interfere with security or availability.

You are solely responsible for how you publish or share outputs (social media, messaging, etc.). Misuse may expose you to civil or criminal liability independently of these terms.

4. Privacy — what stays on your device

We do not operate user accounts. The following may be stored only in your browser (for example localStorage): theory history, streaks, drafts, language preference, referral codes, daily usage counters, and similar app state. You can clear much of this via in-app controls or browser settings.

5. Privacy — what is sent over the network

When you generate content, the text you enter is sent to our API proxy, processed in memory, and forwarded to OpenAI to produce a response.

• We do not intentionally store your prompts or completions in an application database for analytics or resale.
• Infrastructure logging: Hosting providers (for example Vercel) and our server environment may create transient technical records (such as timestamps, HTTP metadata, status codes, security signals, or abbreviated error diagnostics) needed to operate and protect the Service. We do not intentionally log full prompt bodies for routine analytics.

6. Cookies & analytics

The Service does not require login cookies. If the deployment adds measurement scripts (for example Google Analytics or Plausible) via environment configuration, those vendors may set cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies. In that case, consider applicable consent rules in your jurisdiction.

7. Age & eligibility

The Service is directed at adults and teens with parental guidance. It is not directed at children under 13. Do not use the Service if you are barred from receiving online services under applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

The UI, branding, and underlying software are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to third-party rights (including OpenAI’s terms), you may use outputs for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not misrepresent outputs as human-authored investigative content or official communications.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on AI outputs — even if advised of the possibility.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these terms, or content you generate or redistribute.

12. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to mandatory provisions of consumer protection law where applicable.

We aim to support keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, and readable contrast. If you encounter a barrier, email us at the address below and describe the page and assistive technology used.

14. GDPR & similar rights (summary)

Where EU/UK privacy law applies, you may have rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because we minimise server-side personal data, many requests can be fulfilled by clearing browser storage; contact us for infrastructure-related questions.
